Before contacting us
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. Check your spam folder for the reset email. If still unable, contact us at support@roomates.com.
Verify that your payment completed successfully. If payment went through but the booking still shows as pending, contact the hostel directly or reach out to RooMates support with your booking reference.
Try a different payment method or retry the transaction. If the issue persists, contact support with your payment reference and details of the error.
Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings," and select "Cancel" for the relevant booking. Cancellation policies vary by hostel and are shown before you confirm.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, email our Data Protection Officer at privacy@roomates.com. We will respond within 30 days.
